Mail ports on new unmanaged VPS are blocked by default. You can request an unblock by opening a support ticket. Please include the following information in your request:
- First and last name: The name of the account owner. If you are not the account owner, please also mention that you are acting on their behalf.
- Organization name: In case an organization owns the account.
- Use case: A clear and detailed description of how you want to use email and how you intend to prevent sending spam.
- Domain name(s): The domains from which you intend to send emails.
- Links to public business information: Links to public information about you, your organization, or application. This could be a website, GitHub repository, social media profile, or another type of link.
We will review your request and respond with our decision or ask for additional information to help process the request.
Note:
Mass mailing, sending unsolicited emails, newsletters, marketing emails, etc., are prohibited.
