You’ve reported that emails sent to your domain (e.g., @domain-name.com) are not being received, even though a CC copy to Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo is delivered successfully.
No Server-Side Domain Filtering:
Our server does not filter emails based on sender domain names.
Emails flagged as spam are still delivered to your inbox, marked accordingly.
Emails with viruses will have the virus stripped, and you’ll receive a notification with the cleaned message.
Check Your Junk/Spam Folders:
Please review your email client’s junk/spam folders.
Check for any custom rules or filters in your email software that might reroute or delete specific emails.
Email with Large Attachments:
Emails containing large attachments may take longer to arrive.
Wait a few minutes and check again.
Test Plain Text Email:
Have the sender send a simple plain-text email without attachments to verify if the issue is related to message format or content.
Isolated Issue with Specific Domains:
If the problem occurs only with emails from a particular domain (e.g., senderdomain.com), it’s possible that the sending server’s IP address has been blacklisted for spam.
You can check their IP at tools like https://check.spamhaus.org.
If blacklisted, advise the sender to contact their web host to delist the IP.
