I have been receiving duplicated emails in my Outlook with the email accounts that are being hosted with your company.

Can you please scan your email servers for viruses or any type of worms because this just started happening recently. I have scanned my computer and all other computers that are using Outlook to receive emails and everything comes back clean. I am the network administrator for Domain-name.com and Please let me know what we can do.



RESOLUTION:
Before downloading via Outlook, please check the emails on server via http://webmail.domain-name.com or http://www.domai-name.com/webmail, as applicable and confirm if you have duplicated emails on server. If Yes, raise a support request immediately.

If No, check if you have forwarded emails from account via hosting control panel or via ISP setting and then are you downloading same emails via two POP3 account.

If No, please check if this error is restricted to Microsoft Outlook.

If Yes, This is a Microsoft Outlook Bug.
