How to Transfer Your Domain to Indichosts.net

To ensure a smooth domain transfer to Indichosts.net, please update your nameservers before initiating the transfer. Once a domain transfer begins, you cannot modify the nameservers or contact details until the process is complete (which may take up to 14 days).

Hi,

I'm trying to transfer out a domain name (claroscuro3d.com) from Indichosts to another registrar because your reseller doesn't wan't to give me the access to the control panel nor to release or transfer it to my indichosts user account.

This reseller has already sent me the EPP Auth Code and told me that the domain is already unlocked... but I'm not sure of that because when the new registrar start the request process he get the following message:

The domain claroscuro3d.com is registered by PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com as a Registrar. Can't execute a Transfer request for this Domain.

I would appreciate for your support.
